企業(yè)模式，實踐教學，在這里是實實在在的行動，九元學校沒有課桌，老師講課完全1：1比例，就象在制衣廠的板房工作一樣，學校免費提供面料，學生做出紙樣，馬上用面料做出來，直接看效果，立即根據(jù)穿著的效果進行弊病補正。
在這里，除了保證質量，更要體現(xiàn)速度，一定要有時間觀念，必須在最短的時間內(nèi)，做完要求的作業(yè)，這就要求速度一定要快，否則不熟練，難以進廠，所以在這里學習的學生始終繃緊一根弦，就是要練就過硬的本領。
在這里，學習氣氛是熱烈的，老師、學生不分你我，只有一個目的就是學好技術，有時為了一個問題，討論的相當激烈。
為了更加保證學習質量，九元學校隨時根據(jù)企業(yè)情況進行設備的更新?lián)Q代，如機修班由原來的機械車，慢慢的被電腦車取代，用新車教學，如電腦打棗車，電腦紐門車，電腦平車等；服裝CAD是真正的企業(yè)版，完全有1：1比例的輸入輸出設備，如數(shù)化板的輸入，繪圖機麥架的輸出，刻板機硬紙樣的輸出，完全按照企業(yè)的實際情況教學。
在九元學校，考試不過關是沒有辦法畢業(yè)的，一切都是來真的，所以企業(yè)化訓練，軍事化管理不是虛話，是真槍實彈。
